I earned my PhD and MS in Applied Social and Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia, and my BA from Spelman College, Magna Cum Laude, where I now serve as Executive in Residence. I am the author of 22 books, the founder of GrowthPreneur, and the founder of The Unsinkable Mind Institute.
